A very warm welcome to our Victorian home in central Cheltenham. We have completely refurbished the house to provide three individually designed rooms each with their own colour scheme and character. Two are en-suite and one has a private luxury bathroom. We provide free parking and are just 10 minutes walk from Cheltenham’s bars, restaurants and shops and next door to the College, Hospital and Lido. Please note that we cannot accept children under 10 years old.

Covid safety
We want our guests to be able to have confidence when staying at our B&B. What’s more, as it’s our home, we have a vested interest in making sure it is as safe as we can make it.Covid assurance
We have completed the Quality in Tourism Covid Risk Assessment and been accredited by them as safe, clean and legal. Robust procedures have put in place to keep us all as safe as possible. Below are a sample of these:General
• We ask that any guest with symptoms which could possibly be Covid, not to check in. • If we have Covid symptoms or a positive Covid test, we will immediately close the bed and breakfast. Full refunds will be arranged. • Hand sanitiser is available in the hall on arrival. Bed and breakfast guests are requested to sanitise their hands when they come in. Sanitiser is also provided in each bedroom and the dining room. • Surfaces which other guests may also touch, such as the stairs bannister and door handles are disinfected regularly. • Hall floors are washed and disinfected regularly.Breakfast
• Breakfast is ordered by e-form for your convenience and to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. • Breakfast items are then individually served at your table. • We ensure the dining room is well ventilated. We can also let you know the time other guests are having breakfast should you wish to have the dining room to yourself. • Tables, crockery and any table linen are disinfected each day.Bed and breakfast rooms and bathrooms
• The Guest Information Pack is now on-line to prevent cross contamination. • Between guests, we will deep-clean the bedrooms with all linen and towels being professionally laundered. Soft furnishings such as cushions and bed throws will be either quarantined for 24 hours or laundered depending on the time available. • All bedroom surfaces will be cleaned with anti-bacterial as will the hair dryer, TV remote control, bedside lights, kettle, bedstead, wardrobe handles, window latches and blinds. • Bathroom facilities will also be deep cleaned. Bathroom furniture, soap dispensers, floors and other surfaces will be sanitised as will switches and door and window handles. • Separate cleaning materials, such as j-clothes, are used for each room.
